Breakfast Cook 

The Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Lobby Bar and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

Guest Services Manager 

To increase customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous front desk service in accordance with the standards of the hotel and The Snyder Companies.  Effectively manage the front desk operation with minimal costs and maximum profitability through proficient management of staff, internal controls, administration of company policies and procedures, and excellent guest service.

Guest Services Representative

To increase customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service in accordance with the standards of the Hotel and The Snyder Companies. 

Maintenance

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance duties with an emphasis on quality and preventative maintenance. Repairs and maintains the hotel’s physical plant in accordance with company standards for quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety and security.
