Our Maintenance Manager will provide service beyond expectations to all of our clients and customers, continue to train and grow our new and existing maintenance technicians to be the most effective and efficient maintenance team within our company, and continue to search and provide ways for our company to become leaner and stronger.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Direct and supervise sub-contractors to complete projects exactly per the construction plans and specifications within the specified construction schedule and with the highest level of service and attention to detail.

Must maintain tight schedule with documentation of construction process by means of daily reports and photographic documentation.  

Maintain schedule and quality finish of project through a pro-active approach to supervising sub-contractors.

Meets construction work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

Meets construction budget by adhering to estimates/contracts and monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.

Plans and runs construction projects by studying blueprints and scheduling subcontractors.

Monitors construction projects by confirming scopes of work or instructions for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, painting, etc. and related trades; conducting inspections; recommendations of issuing change orders; approving work.

Approves construction work by conducting daily inspections.

Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes and other pre-building and ongoing requirements.

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Maintains technical knowledge by reviewing technical publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
