Welcome to Your Wedding Headquarters
Think of us as "all things wedding." Picture this: Your guests are chatting and happily enjoying our nightly happy hour. They go up to their rooms to get changed and head to the Illini Room where your rehearsal dinner is in full swing. After dinner, they bid each other goodnight and return to their cozy rooms for a good night's sleep.
They enjoy our complimentary, hot breakfast in the morning and then decide to do some laps in the pool. Come wedding time, they're ready to ring in the new couple for their nuptials in the Illini room followed by a full sit-down dinner in the Eastland Ballroom. After a full night of laughs and catching up with old friends and family, they fall into bed looking forward to the gift opening brunch in the morning.

It's your day! We have designed our offerings to place the emphasis on you and how you would like your day to look and feel. The Illini Room, Snyder Room, and Eastland Ballroom are available to decorate any way you would like.
We care about you and your special event, with this in mind we only book one wedding at a time ensuring you have the undivided attention of the team. As a bonus, if the room is available the day before, you can come in and decorate, removing the pressure of set-up from your wedding day.
Catering & Menu Planning
At Eastland Suites Urbana, we are all about flexibility and tailoring your wedding to your specifications. We have a dedicated chef and a team onsite. We're happy to cater your wedding and to customize the menu to accommodate you and your guests' needs.
Or, if you prefer, you can bring in your own catering — we're happy to provide the space as well as the linens, tables, and chairs. Couple this with our well-stocked bar and you have all the makings of a memorable event. All you have to do is let us know!
Complimentary Bridal Suite
After the last toast has been given, the cake has been eaten, and the dancing is done, retire to your complimentary suite. Complete with a full kitchen, a big comfortable bed with lots of plush pillows, and a balcony, we won't blame you if you want to send for your things and move in.
Be our guest and kick off your shoes and relax while chatting over your favorite moments from the day. You may even be a little bit late to your gift opening brunch the following morning!

No need to worry about logistics, we have a variety of rooms and suites you and your guests can choose from.
Our Two Story Loft Suite has two bathrooms and plenty of space for the Bride and her wedding party to get ready for the big day.
Guests with children will feel right at home in one of our King Suites. With a full kitchen and living area, the space has ample room for families in town to celebrate your nuptials.
Whatever your needs, we will work with you and make sure there are rooms available to fit all of your specific needs.
Having your ceremony somewhere else? Need to get your guests there on time? No problem! We are happy to use our shuttle bus and help get Eastland Suites Urbana guests where they need to be. Having your event somewhere else but need a place to stay? We can help with that, too!
